Who we are

Warren was born and raised on the Kenai Peninsula. He has more than forty years of experience negotiating contracts on behalf of clients, and he's a licensed REALTOR® and member of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Carla has spent a lifetime being Alaskan by association; anyone married to a native-born Alaskan knows what that means. She's a licensed real estate agent and manages rentals across the peninsula.
How we work
We've been here a long time. We don't know everyone, but we know who you need to meet to buy your home or land, or to build your business. From first contact to final signature, we'll bring in the right professionals at the right time, and keep you in charge of your plans the whole way.
Real estate only looks easy because of the people working behind the scenes. We coordinate that team: steady communication, careful planning, creative marketing and the experience to keep a complicated transaction simple.
