They say it takes a village. Nowhere is that truer than in real estate. No one company, let alone one person can complete the entire real estate process by themselves. It takes approximately 100 people working on one single transaction a total of 6 to 8 weeks to complete the process. If one person could complete all of the tasks required to finish a transaction, it would take that one person, 67 days working 24 hours per day.
